We so enjoyed spending our winter break up in the beautiful mountains of Ellijay, Georgia. What's better than staying up in a cabin with a few of your close friends and your family? Witnessing your babies experience snow for the first time; which, is pretty much a whole new world to them. Literally, it's just a few Florida kids enjoying leftover snow from a crazy early downfall, and experiencing the joys of humidity-free weather.
We highly recommend sight seeing in Blue Ridge, and stopping by Southern Charm Restaurant while you're there. I swear, no one knows Sweet Tea quite like them (not to mention, those biscuits though....). 
What's winter break without Santa's elves? You better believe each family's elf showed up to the cabin to surprise the kids. The two bigs of the kiddos enjoyed building gingerbread houses, thanks to the elves. Adult late nights with board games and trivia tied up the perfect balance of family vacation and adult downtime.
