How long have you been in business?
After I received my bachelors in Psychology, I officially opened up my little business in July of 2013. While I was in school, I did Photography on the side for two years prior to the official opening date, thus giving me plenty of time before transitioning full time.
What is your turn around time?
For sessions, you can expect a preview within 48 hours and all access to your PIC TIME gallery within 5-7 days. For weddings, you can expect a preview within 48 hours via social media, and your wedding package within 4-8 weeks post wedding date. **Attainment of your wedding package goodies could take a couple weeks longer due to printing.
How will we receive our photos?
Heather Frank Photography has turned “green”, offering eco-friendly alternatives for clients receiving images. For all sessions, I give you access to your own PIC TIME gallery. PIC TIME is a wonderful way for you to directly download all of your images high resolution, as well as making it easy for you to share with your family and friends. PIC TIME also gives an easy opportunity for you and your family/friends to order prints directly from the website. For weddings, I provide a high resolution USB with all edited images I created for you, as well as prints.
